Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: March 2026

1. Scope of Service

Trishine Auto (hereafter referred to as "the Company") provides a premium automotive concierge and management service. The service includes the secure pick-up, GPS-tracked transit, and return delivery of client vehicles to and from vetted third-party detailing studios ("Partner Studios").

2. The Digital Handover Protocol

2.1

A mandatory digital inspection (the "Digital Handover Protocol") is conducted via the Trishine Auto mobile interface at the time of vehicle pick-up.

2.2

The inspection includes high-resolution photography and/or video of the vehicle's current condition, mileage, and dashboard status.

2.3

The Client must sign the digital protocol to confirm the accuracy of the documented condition. Trishine Auto is not liable for any pre-existing damage identified during or after this protocol.

3. Insurance and Coverage

3.1

Trishine Auto maintains comprehensive high-limit commercial insurance (Seguro de Responsabilidad Civil para Talleres) specifically tailored for luxury and classic vehicles.

3.2

Coverage includes "RC de Probadores" (Testing/Transit liability) and "RC de Bienes Confiados" (Custody of Goods liability) to ensure total protection during the concierge transit phase.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 Logistics vs. Execution

Trishine Auto acts as the Logistics and Concierge Manager. The manual execution of detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, or restoration work is performed by independent, vetted Partner Studios.

4.2 Work Performance

Liability for the quality, results, or any mechanical/surface issues arising directly from the manual detailing labor rests solely with the executing Partner Studio.

4.3 High-Value Assets

Clients are advised that while Trishine Auto provides the highest level of security, the Company is not responsible for intrinsic depreciation or mechanical failure unrelated to the transit or detailing process.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Valuables

Clients must remove all personal valuables, cash, and electronics from the vehicle prior to pick-up.

5.2 Vehicle Status

The vehicle must have sufficient fuel or battery charge for transit. Any mechanical peculiarities must be disclosed during the Handover Protocol.

6. Booking and Cancellation

6.1

A 30% deposit is required to secure a Master Concierge booking.

6.2

Bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the deposit.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Madrid.
